Get Involved!

The success of all our programs--such as OWL Camp--depnds on the involvement of volunteers, donors and our community partners.About 50,000 people in Oklahoma are legally blind and more than 500,000 people suffer from some sort of age related eye disease--that's over 10% of Oklahoma’s population, enough to fill OU’s Gaylord Memorial stadium six times! To bring this even closer to home, if 10 people are sitting at a table, 1 or 2 will be impacted in the future by some level of significant vision loss– a sobering thought!

There are plenty of ways you can get involved and support our mission to empower the blind and visually impaired in Oklahoma. To book a tour or for more information about how you can get involved, contact Sandy Wright at 232-4644 or swright@newviewoklahoma.org.
